Charlotte Sanders
Controller
Charlotte joined the TSi team in August of 2001 and with each success, quickly became an asset to the leadership of TSi. As a result of Charlotte’s achievements, she was promoted to the position of Controller and has implemented a new accounting software package as well as the successful migration to TSi’s proprietary freight payment technology.

With over 10 years of experience in accounting, Charlotte brings multiple facets to our company. Her previous work experience in the areas of manufacturing, electrical, engineering, and transportation add additional background and knowledge in understanding our customer’s wants and needs. Her current areas of responsibilities include: accounts payables, accounts receivables, payroll, human resources, carrier relations, and administration.

Charlotte was born and raised in southern Indiana. She attended Purdue University and Indiana University, where she completed her accounting degree. Charlotte and her husband Chris have two boys, Nathan and Cody. She enjoys reading, camping, watching football and spending time with her family.

Cindy Carey
Loss & Damage Claims Director
Cindy has over 16 years multi-model and loss prevention experience, including five years with one of the nation’s top ten motor carriers.

A Certified Claims Professional (CCP), Cindy has managed and supervised claims processing, collections, OS&D investigations and returned goods programs.

Cindy presently serves on the board of the CCPAC.
