	Closeout Clerk
	Perform quality checks on data entry work, prepare customer invoices, provide customers with respective reports supporting the invoicing.
	Experience in the transportation industry, specifically freight bill processing. A high aptitude for learning and be highly organized/multi-task oriented. Experience and understanding of computer systems Possess good motivational and communication skills Possess a sense of urgency/ability to handle pressure from fast paced environment. Must provide college transcripts.
	Customer Service Representative
	Hourly, full time, position responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities include contacting customers weekly, providing timely responses to customer questions and issues, addressing specific customer needs and providing limited support to operations.
	Applicants must be professional in nature, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills as well as exceptional problem solving skills. Individual must be flexible and able to handle multi-task projects. A working knowledge of MS Office required. Transportation knowledge is a plus. Must provide college transcripts.
